About Us

Step Forward Into Growth helps business owners, executives, and leadership teams improve performance by strengthening the way their people lead, communicate, and work together.

I work with organizations to develop stronger leaders, improve communication, build accountability, and create more effective processes. My services include executive coaching, leadership development, DISC-based team training, process improvement, sales training, workshops, and keynote presentations.

A central focus of my work is helping organizations close the gap between what they know and what they actually do. Using my Alignment, Accountability, and Execution framework, I help leaders identify the issues that are getting in the way of performance and turn those insights into practical actions.

I also provide training in ethical influence and persuasion, based on the behavioral science of Dr. Robert Cialdini. The principles apply far beyond sales—because every organization depends on people influencing, communicating, and gaining commitment from others.
