Since our establishment in 1971, Maplewood has continually adapted to the evolving needs of our aging population. We have expanded our offerings to include respite and hospice care, specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care, psychotherapy, comprehensive rehabilitation services, recreational activities, and an in-house pharmacy. In 1999, we proudly opened Maplewood Village, a state-of-the-art assisted living facility conveniently located next door to our skilled nursing facility.
