Family Medicine Physician - Wisconsin Heights Clinic (Full Time), Mazomanie

Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking to partner with a family medicine physician to join a primary care team of 15 experienced physicians and advance practice clinicians.  This is an outpatient only position, providing full spectrum family medicine serving pediatric through geriatric populations.   The preferred candidate will have experience and the desire to work with a diverse population in a team-based care model.
