Join our team and make a difference in your community as a Nutrition Program Supervisor with the ADRC Team.
We are searching for a motivated leader to manage the Nutrition Program that includes the continuously growing programs of Meals on Wheels & Dining Centers within Sauk County.The purpose of the Nutrition Program Supervisor is to perform basic nutrition assessments, education, counseling for older adults and adults with disabilities for Sauk County Aging and Disability Resource Center following the protocols of the Older Americans Act (OAA), State policies and procedures for the nutrition programs.
Required Working Hours
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. Please note these hours are subject to change and additional hours may be needed or required. Compensation for additional hours beyond normal working hours are subject to applicable state and federal regulations.
Required:
2 years of experience in a Senior OAA nutrition program or related nutrition service
Associate’s degree in Nutrition or another related field
Certification:
ServeSafe certified within six months of hire
Valid Wisconsin State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License
Preferred:
Registered Dietician credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or a Human Services related field
2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
