Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be friendly, self-motivated, and a team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer service. This role is responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a tidy office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars
  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Assist visitors and clients with inquiries and support
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or office administration preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
