On Saturday, February 21st, Wyttenbach Meats, 1940 Prairie Street, Prairie du Sac, will host “Makin’ Bacon 101”, with sessions at 9 am and 10:30 am.
You are invited to see the entire bacon process from skinning the hog to curing, smoking, slicing and sampling. This will be a unique experience.
