Sauk Prairie's Farm to Table Dinner will be held in the middle of Sauk Prairie's countryside at Keller's Kornucopia. This dynamic evening features a multi-course family style dinner prepared by Vintage Brewing Co.’s Chef Casey Metcalf featuring Wyttenbach Meats, Carr Valley Cheese, Wollersheim Distillery cocktails, Wollersheim Winery wines, and assorted desserts. Chef Casey has worked closely with local farmers to craft unique dishes, packed with fresh ingredients and incredible flavors.
This culinary experience will not only delight your senses but also educate you on exactly where the foods and spirits derived from. You will get to hear from local producers, listen to live music by local favorite, Sam Ness, stroll around the farm, enjoy the open air, and leave having tasted some divine flavors with a knowledge of where they came from.
Please note this event will happen rain or shine. Please wear comfortable shoes as the event is held outdoors, in the middle of the farm, possibly on uneven or soft ground.
